Liaocheng Xinglong Metal Logistics Park (hereinafter referred to as the "Park") is invested and built by Liaocheng Xinglong Seamless Steel Pipe Manufacturing Co., Ltd., a key construction project of the city, Shandong youth civilization enterprise.
